My Story

With nearly 20 years of experience leading projects across 25+ countries, I’ve led initiatives at the intersect of climate resilience, performance management, organizational leadership, and systems transformation - partinering with USAID, Dept. of State, Dept. of Defense, World Bank, global non-profits, and executive teams to design strategies that hold up under pressure.

I believe sustainable impact begins with how we lead ourselves and each other - especially in times of change. My work has spanned high-stakes decision-making, strategic consulting, and coaching professionals at all levels—from mid-career to C-suite executives. I’ve designed collaborative learning and adaptive management strategies, facilitated major international initiatives, and supported teams navigating complex transitions.

That’s why I blend deep global expertise with master-level training in human performance, behavior change, and leadership psychology. I’m a Master NLP Practitioner, Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC), Certified Health Coach, and currently pursuing my ICF Associate Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
